At 7 am this morning the watch was 11:48am  What happened and how do I fix this? The Sense watch was bought in Feb. of this year.  Thank you

Only way to set time (and date) is to sync; gets time and date from phone at each sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
