Time starts lagging behind on Sense.

I am a newbie - just got the fitbit Sense two days ago. From yesterday, I am noticing that the clock on Sense starts lagging the current time. All the settings seem to be correct - timezone, auto, etc., I have tried synching and power cycling couple of times. It starts showing the correct time and starts lagging within an hour after sync. Right now its 32 minutes behind after synching/restarting an hour ago.

Like the smartphones that are too smart to handle phone calls, these smart watches are too smart to show time!

Hi - Take it back to the shop and get a new one, it is clearly faulty.

Thanks. It appears that way. Sometime the display gets stuck on the fitbit icon and I can't swipe out or click out of that mode. It remains unresponsive and starts working after a while.

It was ordered online. Wonder if I have to ship it back. Can any support person chime in, please?

@HenricoFit  you could contact Fitbit support through the Fitbit App, click profile photo, help & support, they will most likely send you a replacement under warranty. If  you can request registered pickup you won't have to pay the return.
