How do I change the time on my fitbit sense.  Thanks in advance

It depends, normally syncing the device with your Fitbit App should get the correct time, depending on the options you have chosen for the phone and the App [eg. timezone and location and time source]. Sometimes it may be necessary to restart the watch [and possibly also phone] and sync.

 

If you want to switch to a different display you can change clock faces, or if you have Always on enabled, you can push the button.

 

It just depends on what you want to change.

What is wrong with the time. This would be a key with knowing how to answer. 

If it did not change with DST then open the fitbit app so that a sync will be forced.

Thank you. I took it off my charger and the time was different currently
says 647

I did try changing time zone then switching back and refreshing the app
still nothing

So is the time off by minutes or hours. 

Since I don't know what your current time is, telling me what the watch days is not help full.

It's off by 4 hours 89 mins currently 229 pm est time watch has 719
