My microphone went dead a month ago, it did not respond when using assistant. After reading in forums for solutions and tested several things, I accepted that there where nothing that would help. There seems to be alot of broken sense microphones and many watches has been returned for a new ones. My warranty had passed. Today I watched a clip explaining how to restart a sense that was locked on first screen. Hold button til it goes black, keep holding throu vibrate and til the logo appear. Tried it on my watch, and wtf, the microphone works again...

Hi @Whoopsie - Thanks for posting that your factory reset fixed the microphone. That's good news for people with this problem.
Generally Fitbit support will guide users through this delicate operation in case there are problems with it and the following re setup to ensure it goes smoothly.
