Touch screen not working

My touch screen stopped working a few days ago before the update. It usually alternates super fast between the stats and the clocks, or alternates very fast between the windows or gets frozen on one window, so I have been unable to use any of the apps. I have tried restarting it with no success and i cant even turn it off as i cant open my settings

Hi, @Taniachl, welcome to the community. If your attempt to restart failed may I suggest you try again? This time hold the side button for about 20 seconds and release it when the logo appears, after about 35 seconds it should have restarted. If you successfully restarted your "Sense" but found the problem was still there I think your best way forward will be to talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, alternatively, you can contact them via the Fitbit app on your phone.
