Battery for Sense draining fast. Charged 100% and left 37% next 2 days. Is this normal? My device is new. Was that due to clock face we use?

If you have snore detect turned on, that is big battery hog.

SPo2 app/clockface is also a battery hog. I get 8 days battery life with fairly regular screen interactions. I dont run either of those apps. Try a reboot of the watch and also your phone. You may also need to remove the watch from the Fitbit app and redetect/connect it. Bit of a process of elimination, to find out the issue. Could also be a defective watch, but will require ruling out other causes before warranty will be considered. You would also need to do a factory reset of the watch and reconnect it to the Fitbit app, and check for battery drain.

Hi @Cyli96 - the suggestions are the prime suspects and to help explore other issues which may be draining the battery see How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.

I'm having the same problem, sense is draining after two days and it's only a week old. I have android not apple and no spo2 face here. Don't currently use it for exercise so it's not a GPS while exercising thing either.

Hi, @Frankiestien1 , welcome to the community. May I suggest you check the "Snore Report" function is turned off? On the "Today" screen in your Fitbit app on your phone touch your sleep tile>gear icon>swipe to the bottom & make sure the "Detect Snoring" slider is in the off position. Sync.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
