I'm having trouble with my Sense today. The screen keeps losing the data and I can’t scroll to other screens. The screen also won’t go to sleep. I've tried restarting it several times and it seems to be ok for a few seconds and then it happens again.

Hi @Lizhonig - it may not be a watch fault.
First try pushing the button then swiping the watch face right to get to Quick Settings and disable Always On and enable wrist wake.
If that doesn't fix it, try changing to another clock face, or lastly logout of the Fitbit App for a while and see if that helps.
You may need to restart it again, and after syncing the watch to recuperate the data, if you can get to Settings, do Shutdown at the bottom. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on charge to restart it and charge it.

To add to this, I think what's happening is the screen isn’t “going to sleep”. It shows the time and date but none of the data and I can’t scroll but when I press the button, everything is there and works normally. This hasn’t happened before so I'm concerned something is wrong.
