I'm fed up of my sense permanently going off while I'm using my phone. Surely it should know I'm already looking at my phone and should not be sending me notifications?

Best AnswerWith this question, I suggest contacting Fitbit on Twitter support directly, as there is no Fitbit support here. Here is just a simple civic forum with several moderators who will also send you to contact the Fitbit support team.
