Turn off sense notifications when using the phone

I'm fed up of my sense permanently going off while I'm using my phone. Surely it should know I'm already looking at my phone and should not be sending me notifications?

Please rectify this?

Will it, does the Fitbit background routine really have a need to know that the screen is on?

Yes actually. All other smart watches have the option so why should fitbit be any different...? How exactly was your reply helpful?

With this question, I suggest contacting Fitbit on Twitter support directly, as there is no Fitbit support here. Here is just a simple civic forum with several moderators who will also send you to contact the Fitbit support team.

Yes @R.M this is a community forum, but if you look in the top right of this page, tap on your icon, then tap the Contact Fitbit.

Or through the Fitbit app, tap help, then contact Fitbit.

Or look at the bottom of this page, tap help, scroll up, tap contact Fitbit.
