Hi Everyone,

 

I posted a few days ago regarding the inability to toggle on heart rate zone alerts while tracking an exercise. I finally received an update on my case and am sharing here in case other folks are having a similar issue. Apparently, this is a known issue to Fitbit and the next release of an update should include a fix for this. Can't say I'm not disappointed, as this seems like a main feature for the exercise apps that just is not functioning for some folks at the moment 😞

@opalis141 I hope you report back once you get it working. I keep that turned off as it's highly annoying. Fitbit watches heart rate jumps around a lot. I can confidently say in a 15 mile bike ride, it'd vibrate 20+ times although my effort changed little. That's just an example. It's vibrated several times just walking 1 block as well. Hope you're happy with it once you get it.
