Since I added my new Fitbit Sense to my Fitbit app I can’t click on Account to access advanced settings so I can adjust the pool length for swimming

Not sure where you are looking, but, on wrist, go to Exercise App > Swimming; then swipe up from little arrow at bottom screen to see several swimming settings, including pool length.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
