Unable to change clock face on Sense

I have been trying for about a month to be able to set my clockface. Keeps saying there is no internet connection but when I go to wifi settings, it says its connected. I've tried factory resetting, phone reconnecting, contacting help desk and they would troubleshooting with me on the phone. I was told my phone was compatible. Finally after speaking with the third person, says they are aware of the issue. Any idea when it will be fixed?

HI @Trini43210 - Gallery requires a direct internet connection, try with Wifi turned off but check the phone settings which may need adjusting - see No internet connection
