I am trying to change my sleep schedule - 11pm - 5.30am. It keeps defaulting back to 7am. Am I doing something wrong. Change to 5.30am, swipe back and it still says 7am.

All fixed. I discovered if you double tap the time that you set on the sense for wake-up/bedtime it sets the time you choose. All other problems were fixed by deleting mobile app and staying again.

@leanne.innes, are you changing it on the app by opening the Account->Activity &  Wellness->Sleep->Wake Up Time, and then clicking on OK?

Best Answer
Yes, I've changed it there. Made no difference on my Fitbit though

Hi @leanne.innes. Welcome to the Community Forums. @USAF-Larry, thanks for your great help.

@leanne.innes, thanks for your efforts while working on this situation. This is odd and just to confirm, may I know the model and OS/software version of your phone? Please make sure the Fitbit app is updated and give a try to the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.
  4. Tap your profile picture > Activity &  Wellness > Sleep.
  5. Set your bedtime and wake up time.

I look forward to your response.

Good morning Lizzy

I have a Samsung Galaxy 10+.

Android version 10

All software is up to date

I've followed all your steps, but the sleep time doesn't change on my sense and it still won't let me change it manually on the watch. I can change it but when I swipe back it remains at 7am.

Frustrating!!!

I did the force stop - sense won't sync with my mobile app now.

Uninstalled fitbit app - still not syncing with sense

Sense will sync with laptop
