Just received my Fitbit Sense, but connecting it to Alexa is not an option in the fitbit app. Anyone who has the same issue?

Hi @LJ1802. Welcome! It's nice to have you on board.

I'm glad you just got the Sense and let me help you to get it connected to Alexa. May I know what error message you're receiving when trying to connect? Were you able to log in to the Amazon account in the Fitbit app?

Let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Double check if the Fitbit app is updated in your phone.
  2. Reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile icon > Sense image.
  4. Tap Amazon Alexa > Sign in with Amazon.
  5. Tap Get Started.
  6. Log in to your Amazon account or create one if necessary. Follow the onscreen instructions.

I'll look forward to your response.

If you are on the Android Beta version of the Fitbit app, Alexa has never worked.  When you click Sign in with Amazon, you get an error that  says "Unable to connect" instantly.  Doesn't even appear to try to log in with Amazon.  It was asked about in the Beta forums, but as far as I know, there was never any answer from Fitbit about it.

 Hello Lizzy,

i’ve tried all of this. Did a reinstall of the fitbit app after restarting my iPhone. When i tap the profile image > sense image, i only have five options: clock faces, apps, media, wallet and how to use.
