Unable to connect Sense to WiFi

New Sense will not connect to wifi to set up and fails to run set up via bluetooth. It pairs, that's all. So mo clock face or anything.

@AngeT no. It has to be a separate network not hotspot from your mobile. Your Fitbit app is connected to your wireless and your watch is trying to connect to hotspot. Perhaps you could try your workplace or friends place, somewhere with wifi.

@AngeT, what response do you get when you start the Wi-Fi Settings in the app?

Some tries it picks up my internet but cannot connect, most tries it cannot even find it.

No idea! Not terribly tech savvy. Finally replacing my one... and now wishing I had not.

@AngeT open your phone (I'm assuming you're connected to your wifi) and go to wifi settings of your phone. You should be able to see frequency there. On Android it looks something like this:

I use mobile data on my phone and hotspot to my computer. Sense picked up my hotspot a couple of times but couldn't connect. Did manage once via bluetooth but said it would take 20 minutes and 2 hours later was still trying. Using Samsung S9.

I had to make sure that my phone and Sense were connected to the same SSID. My Sense connects to my wifi fine since.

I have my phone and Fitbit on the same Dumbed down channel on our Network and I'm sitting right below the WiFi router with nothing in the way and I still Come up saying Wifi out of Range!! I cannot get any closer unless I sit on a ladder and make them touch!! This is so frustrating and Disappointing!!
