I have been trying to contact customer support for quite some time about the defective device that was replaced with another defective device. Their answer to everything is 35% discount only valid for 30 days which is ridiculous. Every day that goes by I have more issues. I need to charge my watch every other day. I haven’t even had it two months. Now I cannot contact customer support at all. Every option that I could choose before I made my complaints are not available now. I have no way to contact them, please help!!
