I'm on my 2nd Sense charger. It's the same pin as the last time. Holding the chord in your hand (pin pad north, chord south) the upper left pin is rescessing into the charging pad. This replacement is just about a year old. The first one I only had a few months. Will there be a charger that lasts longer? Will this design flaw be fixed anytime soon? Not feeling the love Fitbit.

Hi @AuntBamm - effectively the charge cable is problematic and often fails as described. This has been going on for 2 years so a new design seems unlikely.
You can order different ones online, some seem slightly more robust than others or the Fitbit one. Do some research online for an alternative approach.
To avoid damaging the cable, it may work more reliably if you fix it to the watch before plugging in and unplug it before removing the watch.

The charger sits next to my bed and has never been damaged. Same as the previous. It's a design flaw and Fitbit hasn't done anything to fix the issue. There are so many complaint posts on all social media platforms about this. It's a money maker for Fitbit. The don't even ask for the defective cord back. They should be acknowledging this is a "LEMON (LAW)" product.
