Hello, this morning my Fitbit was frozen on the Fitbit logo for no apparent reason. I tried everything and ended up doing a factory reset. Now it won’t stop vibrating and the side button is finicky… any tips for how to solve this? Or did this thing just break within months of using it?

Hi @Joe1212 - the clue might be in how it got stuck on the logo in the first place. It could be the watch got wet and has internal damage.
If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.
And if so, as you have already done a factory reset and it is not working it would seem faulty.
Can you take it back to where you bought it for replacement, hopefully over the counter.

Unfortunately this is the one i got as a replacement for my Ionic when it was recalled. Not sure about the warranty. Guess I reach out to to customer service. thanks for your insights.
