Unable to get Pandora to work on Sense

When I go to the Fitbit app to do this step:

"Go back to the dashboard and tap Media then Pandora"

There is NO Pandora option under Media.

Verified on Wifi.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

In this case, I would recommend following the next steps:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into the app

 

If necessary, you can uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.

 

In addition, please verify if there is any pending update for the Pandora app. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I manage apps on my Fitbit watch?" > "How do I update apps on my Fitbit watch?".

If you haven't done so, please set up your Sense as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1649631077773.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

If you still don't see the Pandora icon, please attach a screenshot of what is shown on your end for further investigation.

Device has been set up and in use for the last month. As requested, a couple screenshots attached but no options to either set up in app (right) and not showing in fitbit media (left).

- Do you have a Pandora paid subscription (plus or premium)?
