Have not been able to install apps on my device for at least a month and a half. Existing apps will update. No error, the process appears to complete, and then the install button comes back and the app is not installed. Contacted support repeatedly and followed all instructions to no avail, only to be told after that whole wasteful process that it's a known issue, there is no fix, and there is no timeline for a fix. Why they couldn't tell me that before forcing uninstalls and hard resets, I could not guess
Why buy a higher end device that supports apps if the device won't actually do that?

Hello @oninojudo! For me the issue was I had to many apps installed. This goes the same for clockfaces. I forgot how much the app limit was but try uninstalling some useless applications and then try again.
