I can't pair my huawei 9ys with sense controls

Thanks for the information and let's work on this together. Before anything else, may I know if you refer to the set up process in the Fitbit app, the control music function or the on-wrist phone calls not working on your Sense? What's the error message displayed on the Fitbit app? Also, have you made sure both the Fitbit app and your watch are update to the latest version? Please provide me with this information so I can help you with this matter.
