  • My sense would not sync for the past 1.5 days. I finally gave in and uninstalled the app and now I am unable to log back in. What the heck is this error? I am so frustrated and don’t know what to do next IMG_1023.png

@Sbex530 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and the screenshot shared.

We are releasing a new app update (4.32) if you haven't done so yet. Try updating the app. After updating the app turn your phone off and on again.
If the message appears again, please let us know what phone you are using and the operating system version . (eg. iPhone 15 iOS 17.3.1, Samsung S21 Android 14, etc)

I was able to get back into my account and my app synced again for about one day. It has not synced data for past 4 days and this is with 4.32 version. iPhone is up-to-date with IOS 18.2. Please advise

@Sbex530 Thank you for your reply! Did the error message appear again?

If not we are on the right track. Please try the following for the best results.
Turn the iPhone off and on.
Make sure that no other Bluetooth devices are connected or near the phone.

I would also suggest you to have a  look at this: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

The error message is no longer occurring; however, still not able to sync despite doing all the on and off, uninstall/reinstall, etc. I could possibly do. It is clearly an issue with the app and not Bluetooth or iPhone or my sense (which still displays step counts & heart rate with no issue). This is getting out of hand and unacceptable - premium account has been useless for a total of two-ish weeks and it is not the first time there has been a multiple day issue with syncing since switch to google, though this certainly has been the longest without a resolution.
