Hi @ShannonGarr  while the Sense uses bluetooth to connect to the Fitbit servers, it doesn't connect to bluetooth in the usual way. Click to read how to set up the Sense. It actually pairs to the email address, which is your account. See if this helps and let us know.

Hi @ShannonGarr. Welcome! It's good that the community is growing. @Odyssey13, thanks for stopping by to help this member.

@ShannonGarr, I'm glad that you got the Sense and before anything else, please make sure your watch is fully charged and to have the Fitbit app installed in your phone. Once that is done, please follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the Bluetooth and location services on your phone.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap Join to create your Fitbit account. If you have one, tap Log In and enter your credentials.
  3. Tap your profile icon at the upper left corner > Set Up a Device.
  4. Plug your Sense in to the charging cable and leave it there.
  5. Select your Sense from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

Once this is done, your watch will appear in the Bluetooth settings and you can start tracking your data. See the User Manual to know more about its features and how they work.

Let me know how it goes.
