I can't get my sense to link with galaxy s20 plus and I have scanned Bluetooth devices several times with no luck.

Hi @ShannonGarr while the Sense uses bluetooth to connect to the Fitbit servers, it doesn't connect to bluetooth in the usual way. Click to read how to set up the Sense. It actually pairs to the email address, which is your account. See if this helps and let us know.

@ShannonGarr, I'm glad that you got the Sense and before anything else, please make sure your watch is fully charged and to have the Fitbit app installed in your phone. Once that is done, please follow these steps:
Once this is done, your watch will appear in the Bluetooth settings and you can start tracking your data. See the User Manual to know more about its features and how they work.
