Unable to set up Sense

I’ve done everything and then some and still can not get my “New” sense to link to my Fitbit app!  is anyone else having this problem?

Hi @LG1000. Welcome! It's great to see you here in the forums.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for every step tried prior to posting. I'm sorry that your Sense isn't setting up correctly and let's work on this together. Before anything else, may I know the model and OS/software version of your phone? Do you receive an error message when trying the set up process? Even though you mentioned to have tried everything, please give one last try to the following steps:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and if you see the Sense in the list, remove it.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your phone and any other device nearby.
  3. Check if the Fitbit app is updated in your phone.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  5. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and open the Fitbit app.
  6. Tap your profile icon > Set Up a Device > Sense and follow the onscreen instructions.
