So how do you change location in Weather App. Seems impossible. Followed all steps. Checked everything within Android and Fitbit app. And no joy.

Go into your Fitbit app, then into your device list. Here you will click on your sense and go into its app list. Look for weather where you will see options.
should be there to add locations.
