Unable to set up replacement Sense

I had to have them send me a new watch because mine stopped working. Now I can’t get it to senc

with my phone. It has something that says download Fitbit app. I did but it won’t go away.

Yes and I look my old app off and reinstalled

No my watch won’t sync I guess all I can get it to do when I cut it on. All kinds of different languages keep saying down load the Fitbit app. I have but my watch won’t sync with my iPhone. My other one did.

You have to follow the steps to pair with your phone. If your iPhone isn't finding it, try restarting the Fitbit and might as well restart your phone as well. Of course, make sure Bluetooth is on.

Thank you for the help. Seems like I wasn’t getting internet signal yesterday even though it showed I was.

Got up this morning and everything went great!

So I just wanted to tell you thank you for trying to help me. That was very kind of you. Being 70 yrs. old didn’t help either.🤣🤣
