Last year my 10 month old Sense popped it's face off. Fitbit sent me a new one but said the new one warranty was only good till October, 2 months. Now it wont charge. I called support and they said the charging cable was no good and I needed to order a new one not covered by any warranty. I'm madder than hell. What kind of product reliability is this. I have to pay for a new charging cable not knowing if it will solve the problem. It's only been 15 months since I bought the original Sense and the original and now the charging cable have gone bad. I'm 75 years old and all I do is walk. This equipment isn't under any abnormal stress. I guess Fitbit doesn't really care about the customers. By the way, I had an Inspire HR before the Sense and it worked fine.

Hi @mfpinlh - unfortunately you have had problems but so have many others with the charge cable. It seems quite a common problem and sometimes caused by the watch terminals with are prone to collecting dirt in the charge contact holes. This might help check if it needs cleaning or is the cable How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
