Unable to start an exercise from my Fitbit Sense

Each time i press the ACTIVITY icon on my FITBIT SENSE. Nothing happen. Look starting ACTIVITY but came back with the 4 icon page... Please Help. I restart my watch many time and did not fix the problem.

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them once again!

I contact the support and they make me reset m'y Fitbit as factury set Up
and that work.
