New to the group. So today I’m assuming I’ve been switched to Google? I keep seeing comments here about same but I have no idea really. I do know that as of today my Sense will not connect to my iPhone Bluetooth now. Therefore I’ve been unable to sync anything since last night. I’ve restarted the watch and deleted and re-added the app, toggled Bluetooth,
restarted my iPhone 13….MANY TIMES. But it won’t connect to Bluetooth and thus I cannot sync to the app. I have 8,000 steps right now but it’s stuck at 300+. Thoughts??

Hello, @Gizdog Welcome to the community!
Thanks for letting me know about your situation with your Sense and the syncing with your Iphone 13. In regards to the Google accounts, existing users have the option to use either a Google Account or their existing Fitbit account until at least 2025 at which point they will be required to use a Google Account for login.
There are many factors why your device is not syncing, can you double check you have followed the steps in this article, please? Let me know which other steps you have done after checking it and how it goes.
