Anyone having problems with ECG taking? Every time since beginning of jan none of my ecg readings have been logged as when I open it up it says SAVE PAST ASSESSMENT or your data will be lost!
I have opened app before I take a reading, completed a sync, reset Fitbit and now I’m at a loss!!
ive had this sense since Dec
Many thanks

Hi @DebHuntington, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for the troubleshooting steps tried prior to posting. This is odd and just to confirm, do you see your last readings in the Fitbit app > Discover > Assessments & Reports section? Have you made sure all the permissions are enabled for the ECG app?

In the meantime, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Remove your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Go to the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Apps > ECG > Remove.
  3. Restart your watch one more time.
  4. Install the ECG app back in your watch.
  5. On the Fitbit app, tap Today and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Open the ECG app on your Sense and try taking a reading one more time.

I look forward to your response.
