Unable to turn on Screen Wake on Sense

I normally turn Quick View off on my Sense at bedtime. For the last week or so, I have been unable to turn it back on, I have tried:

-Restarting Sense

-Restarting iPhone

-Turning Bluetooth off and on

-Deleting all devices from the Sense and then adding back iPhone

-Turning Quick View back on from my computer rather than iPhone

-Ensure that Sleep Mode is off

None of these things has worked.

It is odd but.

Possibly try swipe right on the watch and enable Sleep mode instead. This does the same thing.

Even better in Settings you can schedule sleep mode so you won't have to do it.

What Guy said….

There seems to be a lot of posts lately where people change a setting and it reverts back to previous setting.

-Reminders to move

-Dominant, non-dominant wrist.

-Quick view

Try flipping the quick view button on then immediately soft closing the app before it syncs. When you reopen the app it should have stayed on. It works for me.

Thanks. Quick View has come back on. I may have inadvertently followed the procedure you mentioned. At any rate, it’s working correctly and I don’t plan to turn it off in the future. I’ll use sleep mode instead.

@SunsetRunner   - good you got it working, probably as @Clove6060  suggested., The App has its quirks!

Btw, the easiest way to deal with Quick view is from the watch.

Swipe right and you can toggle on/off Quick view by clicking on the wrist action icon, they are one and the same.

Of course a sync will be needed for it to reflect the change in the Fitbit App., Or vica Versa, pun intended!
