I’ve been trying for a few weeks to update to Google wallet but when I go to the Fitbit pay wallet I get a screen that looks like this. Every time I tap update to wallet it takes me to a Google support page. I’ve been trying to find a back door way to update to Google wallet and waiting to see if the page will correct itself during an update; is anyone else having this problem?

Did you try to remove your card from Fitbit wallet, then do a firmware check and or do a factory reset and wait for it to pull updates after the reset.

Hi! I'm having exactly the same problem and have tried so many different things (checking latest update on my bank app, on Google Wallet and on Fitbit) with no luck 😞
I conclude that the problem comes from Fitbit, because I have successfully put my card into Google Wallet and successfully used it to pay with my phone. The exact same bank card was on my Fitbit Sense under Fitbit Pay and worked perfectly. Only when I (regretfully) changed from Fitbit Pay to Google Wallet did it all stop working. Agreeing to move from Fitbit Pay to G Wallet automatically removes the card from the watch so now I'm stuck! Impossible to get the card back on my Sense watch and I did so love the freedom of paying for everything with my watch! :'-(
I've been a faithful customer of Fitbit for a lot of years and I really do love everything I can do with my Sense watch, but if this problem can't be fixed, I think that I will have to see what other (none Fitbit ) alternatives exist out there!
