Have a Sense two years- going OK until recently - I am getting a message "unlock with your phone" which google tells me is due to 10 incorrect password attempts ( i didnt enter my PW wrong 10 times ) .
Contacted FB by chat last week (got same info Google had given me) told to expect a support e mail - it didn't come- got in touch with FB support thru Twitter- got same info Google had given me and told to expect a mail - had to chase them to get it - eventually arrived telling me to return "pebble" which i think is the actual watch less straps.
Have chased them 4 times now to get the address to mail return but they haven't replied- can't believe how bad the customer service is. I have cancelled my premium and am considering another brand - to say i am disappointed is an understatement

this is the kind of BS that FB seem good at - its laughable- i just got a mail following my 1st community post - see below -

Reading all the threads, this appears to be a sub-standard company with a rubbish product. My wife and I each have a Sense. Both packed up around the same time 1 year after purchase. No charge, blank screen on one, red exclamation mark on the other. Dead, deceased, they are no longer in this life. FitBit app on phone refuses to open. Total waste of money. I seek help but not optimistic...
