Two Sense watches dead, deceased, lifeless.

Reading all the threads, this appears to be a sub-standard company with a rubbish product. My wife and I each have a Sense. Both packed up around the same time almost 1 year after purchase. No charge, blank screen on one, red exclamation mark on the other. Dead, deceased, they are no longer in this life. FitBit app on phone refuses to open. Total waste of money. I seek help but not optimistic...

Hi @CaptainHaddock - cleaning can be an issue have a look at How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen 

It sometimes pays to charge a bit and restart the watch while on the charger by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears, if it will.
