Update your documentation for Sense - Music App is not available

I’m a long time customer.
The

How to use your Fitbit Sense

video is misleading.
It shows the Music app on a Sense.
I’ve been told that Music app is not available.

It’s on the Fitbit App How To Use manual!

I have a music app on my Sense... I don't use it, but it's there.

Hi @FFBUser  - you can't load private music or Spotify music to your Sense.

If you double press the button there are 4 shortcuts one of which is music controls which can remote control any music playing on your phone.

As it's a system function it also allows you to use any clock face, exercise or app at the same time which all other solutions won't.

Thank you. I just received mine and it was not included. I called and was told it wasn’t supported. The ionic had it and I wanted to use it in the same manner. I wanted to run and listen to music without carrying my cell phone. I’m going to get a device that can support loading music

Thanks for replying. I traded in my Ionic which did support loading music. I don’t want to carry my phone when I run. Other smart watches support loading of music. I’m going to pick up a Garmin instead. Very sad as I have been a long time Fitbit user. One of the original users
