I used to get vibrations on my Sense with incoming and incoming calls. Now I get NOTHING. I checked the settings in the app on my phone and under "Notifications > Vibration Settings" my choice is VERY limited. I can either have vibration or not. If I choose to enable it, then it will also vibrate IGNORING the current phone settings such as "Do Not Disturb" times or "Silent" modes! *THAT* should be an additional setting, not this ALL or NOTHING choice! So if I want vibration notifications during the day, I have to allow and put up with some nutcase messaging me or phoning me in the middle of the night and have it vibrate my write and wake me?? How is this a reasonable function??

Hi, @Urbanmoon, may I suggest you review your settings in the app, you should not be having this problem. In the "Today" screen touch your icon in the top left corner>Sense tile>Notifications>turn off the "Always Vibrate" slider as this means you get vibrations while in DND/Sleep mode. in "App Notifications" ensure the Fitbit app is checked. Return to the "Account" screen >notifications and ensure the notifications you want to get are turned on. In your phone settings (you do not mention the make or model of your phone - most work well with the Fitbit app but this article Fitbit Supported Devices explains some issues) look for "Sounds and Vibration" and set as you desire. Finally on your "Sense" swipe left to and touch "settings" >Vibration & Audio and set the vibration level you want>return to settings>quiet mode and set up as you want it, bear in mind DND and scheduled sleep mode disable vibrations, and notifications so your sleep is not disturbed.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Hi, I replied days ago, but not sure where it's gone. Thank you for your very thorough answer, hopefully it will help someone else, but for me, everything you described to check is everything I had done anyway. I also went through it again, step by step to double check after seeing your response but everything is as it should be and the problem still exists. I do understand that DND disables it all so my sleep is not disturbed, it is something I always set up first on a new device. But from what I'm seeing when I look at the "Vibration Settings" is that my only choice is to enable or disable "Always Vibrate". It says that if I enable it, it WILL vibrate even if DND or "Silent" mode is on. I don't recall this setting always being this way as I was able to have it vibrate outside of DND and not vibrate during DND until recently.
