Sense lost my run data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After my run I could see it had recorded the data on my sense but then when I synched to the app it had gone. All there was from today was a track of my movement around the house, very odd.

My sense shows my steps from the treadmill this morning but then for my two walks this afternoon, it shows the time of the walk but shows 0 steps. And hasn’t tracked steps since this morning. I have restarted the sense but no luck. The online log is also not showing these steps. What do I do now to fix this??

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner.

If you haven't done so, please set up your Fitbit Sense as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1654196763042.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hope this helps.
