View Google Notes on Other Devices & How To Delete Notes?

When I hold the Google help button and ask to take a note (useful for things when I get back to my desk), is there a way to view these notes on a linked phone? Or even a linked Google Account?

Also, I don't know how to delete notes and they are just piling up

Sounds like your asking Google to take a note. Yes they get stored into the Google Account that you are logged into.

You could ask Google to read your notes, or download a Google note app for the phone.

I use google's Keep Noted.

I would not worry about the notes piling up, Google has a ton of memory.

Thanks for the reply.

I've downloaded keep noted which is linked to my Google account but I can't see an option to link to the phone.

I was more hoping to take verbal notes into the sense that would then be available on my Google account on my computer or on a note app on my phone.

It's not so much a storage space worry as a finding the note worry. For example, if a colleague asks me to do something or I remember a job I may have forgotten, I would quickly make a verbal note on the phone and want this to be highlighted somewhere later.

Hope this makes sense

Keep notes syncs with your Google account. You need to have your phone logged into your Google account.

You also want the Google assistant in the Sense logged into the same Google account.

Best Answer

You can also use the Google assistant to add a reminder to your calendar.

Thanks for this. Yes, this is exactly what I want. Keep notes is synced to my Google account as I am using a Pixel 4 currently.

How do I sync Google assistant on my sense to my account? I can't see the settings option for this??

Best Answer

You don't sync Google assistant to your Google Account.

When you setup Google assistant you will be asked to log into your Google account. If you did not have a Google account, you will need to create a Google account.

This way whatever you do through Google Assistant will handle your data with the same Google account that your phone uses.

Therefore, using Google assistant in the phone, tracker, or your Google speaker, will all go with the same Google account.

Sorry to be a pain, and thanks for all of your help but...

My Google Assistant, which is linked to my Google account says that my sense is linked to my Google account. However, the notes still only appear on my actual sense and not on Keep Notes. Keep Notes is also linked to my Google Account. It appears as though Google Assistant on my sense is not then linking to Google assistant on my phone.

Any clues?

Ignore me, I've sorted it. Thanks for the help!

I would double check the account the Sense is linked to.

How did you manage to sort it, as I'm having the same issue?

So what is the solution. I have looked at this problem for a while and there are no Notes other than on my Sense. I can't delete them. I can't see them on my Google account?

SOLUTION
So much for this forum for me. After one year of this question hanging. I guessed the solution.

I have an Android phone which comes with a Google Assist (of course) but this is not the same as the Google Assistant App.

Solution Steps:

  1. As in the above comments, ensure your Fitbit Google Assist and Phone are syncing with the same Google account.
  2. On the Phone, go to Google Play, search for and Install Google Assistant.
  3. Using Google Assistant on your phone, you can now list and manage your Google Assistant Notes from your fitbit Sense. To me Google "Keep Notes" was quite the Red Herring (bad lead) and it only just occurred to me that there might be a Google Assistant App to install for Android ... Why would I think that!

Solution Part 2

Regarding using Apps such as Google "Keep Notes" to see the notes you create using the Google Assistant (On phone or smart watch). This is possible if you go into the Google Assistant settings on the phone and there you can choose to sync the notes with a range of Apps including "Keep Notes".
