Hi Fitbit, I am Fitbit user and fan, I have charge2, versa2, Ionic, and preordered sense.

I have a complain about measuring vo2max by the watch or tracker, once the built-in GPS or the connected GPS in effect the the watch or the tracker counting every run whatever the type of the run is vo2max measurement, I am the one caring too much about vo2m

Congrats on your new Sense purchase! Also, thanks for letting me know about the accuracy issues experienced with the cardio fitness score. If this issue is experienced with the Charge 2, Versa 2 or Ionic, I'd recommend to post your question in their dedicated boards so we can keep our forums organized, and you can have more chances to receive help from the Community.

 

In case you have this issue with the Sense, may I know since when this started? Is the issue with the cardio fitness score not showing on the Fitbit app, or is it on the Today app on your watch itself? If you've not done so, please check this help article which explains how this start is measure and some tips to improve its accuracy.
