Is there a 5k training app with voice cues compatible with the Sense?

Ex: C25K has voice cues when used on my galaxy s21....no voice cues when used on my sense.

It is not possible to develop any app on any Fitbit using the speaker or connected earphones due to lack of API so, sadly, the answer is no.
