Voice reply to text message not working on Sense

I'm so upset.  This is not a cheap watch.  I bought it for the voice texts and phone calls.  But that doesn't work at all.  I've updated,  done all that has been asked and it still doesn't work.  

The answer I get is... wait!

That is not acceptable

Hi @Shlebb.

 

Have you tried swiping to and tapping the "Settings" app on your Sense - scroll down and tap on "Vibration & Audio" - scroll down to "microphone" and confirm that it is set to on. Even if it is on, try toggling it off and then restarting your Sense (press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the fitbit logo). Then repeat the steps to toggle it back on, also performing the restart after.

Seriously!!!

With all due respect I've done all the all the BS that has been suggested.  Fitbit needs to fix this crap or give money back.  Franky these, "have you tried this" suggestions are beyond frustrating.  For what we paid for a product and what is given,  is bull**ahem**!!!

Have yall gone threw your phones settings,?

I had troubles to when I first set up my new sense it tracked a few hours then stopped I found the instructions on the problem and it worked go into phone settings until you can turn on all app settings to the fitbit.

If that dont help you will have to contact fitbit and get step by step instructions per your fitbit and cell phone. Im using a Note 9.

Find firbit step by step fix. In my case it was the settings in my phone I have a Note 9. 

I turned on all that applied to my fitbit in the settings on my phone.

@Shlebb I'm sorry you didn't get the answer you were hoping for but seeing as this is a community based forum, I'm not really sure what you expected? We are all just users like yourself, trying to offer help to our fellow users. We can only suggest things from experience, and have no way of knowing what you have and haven't already tried.

My battery will not hold a charge on my Sense Fitbit after I updated firmware charge.
