Purchased a sense for $399+ tax CAD and received a versa 3 in a sense box. Called fitbit and their response is there is nothing we can do about it. What a scam. We are in a lockdown, all stores are closed and they have just given as the wrong product with zero support. Absolutely disgusting!!

Hi @Agent.E - @Rich_Laue asks an important question - From where did you purchase this Fitbit?  I also ask if all the plastic wrap was intact. If you ordered and received this device from anyone else besides the Fitbit Store, then you need to contact that retailer. Please let us know. We are trying to help.
