Sense won't record SpO2 data

The SpO2 is working every 5th or 6th night. Otherwise it says: Couldn’t read SpO2. (I use the Fitbit SpO2 clock face). Even worse: the heart rate sensor (or software’. During my walks on the hill my heart is in my ears, kicking 140 in a minute. Ehat does Fitbit sense show: 94. Later, after 10 minutes it is showing more (129 for example’, but only 10 minutes later! Abd: whet I am sitting in my armchar, calm, the heart rate sensor is showing always more: when my heart rate is 68 Fitbit is showing 72. Etc. Thus these two things, SpO2 meter and HR meter is absolutelly useless. I cannot check the other functions (sleep graph, skin temperature at night, etc.) But I can imagine how accurate they ara...

Sorry it is not working for you, @acpet. Have you worked with support to resolve some of these issues?  Fortunately, I have not experienced those problems, so it is not a problem with all Sense watches.
