Watch and app not syncing hourly activity

yesterday I did the 8/8 hourly activity 250 steps as showing on sense watch 

app only shows 7/8 hours this has happened a number of times 

I have logged out of app and watch 

I have switched off phone and watch 

I have turned off reminders to move 

I have tried changing the times of reminders all the above to try to sync correctly but no joy??

 I always have my I phone close to my watch and I have the app running in the background.

Are seeing the hourly movements in your watch face or in the today app of the watch?

Are you sure that the watch has fully synced with the Fitbit App?

Click on the profile photo and see it says "a moment ago" next to the Sense photo.

Hi I can see 8/8 on watch face and yes it is synced with the app I have screen shots showing but I can’t see anywhere to put pictures
