Watch died after swimming

Sadly while my partner and I are away I left my fitbit sense on while swimming using the water lock while tracking. It was healthy during the swim but died when I got back to dry land. I put the charger on which revived it and switched it back on but that was it's last gasp! It was virtually fully charged before I swam with it. It was a present and will be out of warranty. Any ideas for some help?

I believe these have a 2 year warranty and whenever I have spoken to Fitbit support they have been a great assistance.

The Sense was released in September 2020, so really it should still be in warranty.

I'd reach out to support and if it was a present that you received in new condition I'd expect it to be covered.

You can contact them via the app very easily.
