I got a sense for Christmas, set it all up. Set watch to vibrate when receiving texts and calls, but it won't vibrate.
Help please.

@Becky1980 Hello! Double check that it is connected to your bluetooth. Are you on Android or iOS?

Hi Heather,
It's connected to bluetooth, the calls and texts come through but my watch won't vibrate. Had turned on the vibration to on.
I have an android.

1. Vibrate is very feeble, even on strong
2. Make sure watch is not in sleep or quiet mode
Its very easy to enter these modes accidentally after a swipe right.
Do a swipe left and enter Settings and review each one.
BTW you can move the icons about to make Settings the first icon. Hold and drag it to first position, as you may be using it a lot to start with
