My watch Sense won't change. Back of watch and charger pins have been cleaned. Any idea how to make it work?

I am having the exact same issue. Once before I had to reboot, and that fixed the issue. This time I have rebooted and I have cleaned all of the contacts. No charge.

My sense not charging either, was about to buy new charger but now that i can see it is a problem for more than just me i won't bother!
Are fitbit in any danger of sorting this out?
This item might be old in your world but in mine it is only 22 months old and an expensive item that i can not afford to just discard! Also m y brother bought this for my 60th birthday so it is also sentimental!
Come on fitbit an answer would be nice and a solution would be even better!

Mine is only 6 months old-recvd it in place of the exploding ionic, which while it may catch fire at any time, worked until I mailed it in for the rebate. Does FITBIT monitor this site so we may expect an answer, or are we just talking amongst ourselves?

My Sense keeps saying slow charge and it really is slow, we were traveling in October and staying in motels so I guessed slow charge was because of low voltage in our rooms but we have been home for weeks and I continue to use the same charger that came with the Sense and it keeps saying slow charge. I cannot understand why. This is not good, Fitbit please solve this problem.

the only way to resolve it is throw it in the garbage and get anything other than a Fitbit. These things are absolute rubbish to charge.

All,
Other threads have stated problem is with stuck pin on sense charger. Sure enough, one of my pins is flush with case and stuck, does not engage to charge the watch. Apparently very common and ticking a great many people off. Chatted with customer support and it was very quick-"I have a stuck pin on the charger" - "what is your address?" - "we are sending you a new charger cable." Took two minutes. See how long the new one lasts.
