My sense also has a grey screen and no historical data

unable to contact customer support

is there a bigger problem??

Hi @CarmelAnne - do you see anything on the watch, is it possible that it is not charged?

If so have a look here - How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

You should be able to chat with customer support via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
