Watch not syncing to phone. Where is the icon with the phone?

Watch is showing incorrect time. Not syncing with phone. Where is the phone icon so I can check it?

Hi @vverdoes The phone icon is on the top of the Sense Face

Have you tried the standard fixes

Stop the Fitbit app, this must be done through the phone setting

Clear the apps cache

Restart phone/tracker better yet do a shutdown of both.

Remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth.
