Hi,

 

Could anyone tell me how to get around this problem?

 

  1. On Fitbit Sence
  2. DashBoard ->Water ->  Record
  3. I can not Save 0 ml
    Is this the expected behavior?
    I made a mistake in the operation and want to return to the previous screen without recording.
    I can not this now.
  4. I want to return to the first screen without recording by pressing a button.
    I can not this now.
  5. I can save by entering a value of 25 ml or more.
    So,I just entered a dummy number and exited the screen

 

Firmware Version is 44.128.1.42

My language is Japanese

Hello,

 

So I tested it out and this is what I did.  I experienced what you are describing and couldn’t find a way out.  What finally worked is this: while on the water record screen, reach all the way across the screen to where the screen begins, swipe from left to right in one long swipe. The screen will move back to the previous menu.  Do not try to swipe from the center of the screen.  Your swipe must start at the very edge.  Hope this helps!

Thank you for testing. Your advice meets what I want to do.

 

Below is a request to the developers.

 

I want you to improve the function so that when you register 0 ml of water, the registration screen will be closed without recording. I couldn't understand the operation without this community.
