Weather app on Sense won’t register location information

Sense and iPhone OS are updated. Everything restarted and synced. All permissions granted and on. GPS on iPhone functioning. Location services all on. FitBit app always open and running. Weather app on Fitbit app shows all correct information installed. Every possible connection on for receiving data. Sense refuses to recognize location or that the app has been fully set up. This is ridiculous. This should not be this hard. This is the reason people go to Apple watches. I may join them.
